Our wedding will take place on Saturday, 31 October 2026, at The Mount Without in Bristol. The address is Upper Church Lane, Bristol, BS2 8FN.
You are welcome to arrive at the venue anytime after 1pm and we ask that you're seated by 1:30pm so that the ceremony can begin promptly at 2pm.
Yes, the whole day will be held at the same venue, so no need to worry about traveling between locations.
Unless you’ve booked a hotel out in the sticks, the venue will be very easy to reach on the day. The Mount Without is centrally located and taxis and rideshares are plentiful in Bristol.
For those driving, please note there is no parking at the venue. The nearest car park is the NCP on Trenchard street. If you exit onto Level 8 on Perry road, the venue is a 3 minute walk.
Bristol is very easy to reach from London and other major cities. If you’re coming from London, the quickest route is by train. Direct services from London Paddington to Bristol Temple Meads take around 1 hour 30 minutes and run throughout the day.
If you’re flying in, the closest airport is Bristol Airport, which is about 20-30 minute from the city centre if driving. You will be able to take a taxi, car hire or the bus into town from the airport.
Driving is also a great option, especially if you’re planning to explore the surrounding countryside. Bristol is well connected via the M4 and M5 motorways, with journey times of around 2 hours and 20 minutes from London on a good day.
Of course, let us know if you need any help planning your journey as we're happy to help.
To help us with our planning and not piss off our caterers we ask that you kindly RSVP by 31 August 2026.
That's gonna be a no from us, dawg.
To be clear: It’s a wedding on Hallowe'en, not a Hallowe'en-themed wedding. We encourage guests to dress fancy, not in fancy dress.
We kindly ask that you put away phones and cameras during the ceremony. Outside of the ceremony, absolutely take as many photos and videos as you like.
Who knows! It’s south west England and late October so bringing a coat or jacket is a good idea. We will have space to store them at the venue.
We want to spend our day celebrating with our nearest and dearest so unfortunately
we are not able to accommodate additional guests who have not received an addressed invitation.
We’d love the weekend to feel relaxed and easy for everyone, so we’re keeping the celebration an adults-only affair. The only children attending will be babes-in-arms.
Please don't feel you need to give us a gift. Your presence on our special day will be more than enough. If you do insist on a gift we would be grateful for a donation to our honeymoon in Australia and New Zealand would be greatly appreciated. You can find the link to our honeymoon fund HERE.

Eating
Condesa — An intimate, candle-lit tapas spot where we celebrated our engagement!
83 Whiteladies Rd, BS8 2NT
The Canteen — Serves up great-tasting vegetarian food, local Bristol booze and very often has free live music. Look out for the Banksy nearby!

Noah’s — A family-run fish & chip restaurant and seafood kitchen.
1 Brunel Lock Road, BS1 6XS
Boston Tea Party — A West Country essential; perfect for a breakfast or brunch.
75 Park St, BS1 5PF and St Johns Court, Whiteladies Road, BS8 2QY
Sandwich Sandwich — Not to be all ‘we knew this place before it was cool’ but we did know this place before it was cool! We’d pick up one of these door stop sandwiches between lectures and library sessions back in the day.
48-52 Baldwin Street BS1 1QQ and 100 Queens Road BS8 1NF
Under the Stars — A unique little Mediterranean restaurant moored on Bristol's historic harbour.
Narrow Quay BS1 4QA
Bosco Pizzeria — Delicious wood-fired pizzas, perfect in a pinch!
Regent Street, BS8 4HR
Moltobuono! — A warm and cosy little place serving up traditional Italian cuisine.

Drinking
Bag O’ Nails — AKA cat pub!! Cats roam freely around your beer coasters and bar stools here. Actual heaven.
141 St George's Road, BS1 5UW
Zero Degrees — We know it's a chain resto/bar but the Mango Beer is incredible.
53 Colston Street, BS1 5BA
The Hatchet Inn — The oldest pub in the city! Also where we ended our first date. Should get a blue plaque really.
27 Frogmore Street, BS1 5NA
The Coronation Tap — Bristol's oldest purveyor of the West Country's traditional tipple – cider!
8 Sion Place, BS8 4AX
